Three-storey cottage with 5 rooms. The first floor has its own entrance. There is a sitting room with a kitchenette (folding sofa, table, chairs, TV set, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, kitchen utensils);
2 double rooms (double bed or 2 single beds, wardrobe);
a bathroom (shower, WC). On the first floor from its own entrance there is a two-room deluxe suite (a sitting room — folding sofa, TV set, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, dining table; a bedroom — double bed, commode; a bathroom — shower, WC). On the second floor there is an apartment with a sitting room (TV set, kitchenette — fridge, electric kettle, microwave oven, kitchen utensils), 2 bedrooms (double bed or folding sofa, wardrobe) and a bathroom (shower, WC). One room has a balcony. The cottage is rented by floors.
The hosts live on the ground floor.
Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold water is available 24 hours, hot water — a 100 l boiler.
Near the centre there is a gazebo with barbecue facilities and a gas cooker.

The nearest café is located 300 m far, shop — 400 m far.

Rooms are cleaned, bed linen and towels (2 per person) are changed every 5 days.

Go by bus Ivano-Frankivsk–Polyanytsya (Bukovel) from Ivano-Frankivsk bus station (located near the railway station). Get off the bus in the centre of Polyanytsya village.

Go along the road Lviv–Rakhiv–Mukacheve (H-09) and follow Bukovel road sign near Tatariv village. The lodge is located in the centre of Polyanytsya village on the right road side.
