This route embraces four southern regions the Transcarpathians — Mukacheve, Uzhgorod, Berehove and Vynohradiv regions. The most well-known wine plants are located in these regions — Uzhgorod cognac plant (Uzhgorod town), Bobovyshche (Bobovyshche village, Mukacheve region), Mukacheve plant (Mukacheve town), Leanka (Serednye village, Uzhgorod region). Besides, during last period many private tasting halls at the same regions have appeared (detailed information is on those regions sites).

Special appeal of this route — historical wine cellars of the XVI century in Leanka plant in Serednye village, they are in UNESCO ten best wine cellars of Europe. They are located along the road M-06, 22 km far from the regional centre, between Uzhgorod and Mukacheve.

Other attractions of this route are outstanding architectural monuments, ancient towns, springs with thermal or mineral waters, hospitality of local residents and originality of the regional culture.
