There are 2 buildings with 6 rooms (up to 20 persons), a Russian bath, a wine cellar, a lake, gazebos and barbecue facilities. Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.

Double suite has a double bed, a wardrobe, a TV set, a microwave oven, a fridge, an electric kettle, kitchen utensils and a bathroom (shower, WC). There are extra beds (folding sofa) in 3 rooms. Triple suite has a double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe, a TV set, a microwave oven, a fridge, an electric kettle, kitchen utensils and a bathroom (shower, WC). Folding sofa makes an extra bed. Two room suite has a sitting room (folding sofa, sofa, table with chairs, TV set, kitchenette — microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, sink), a bedroom (double bed, single bed, cabinet, wardrobe) and a bathroom (bath, WC).

Half board — 200-250 UAH.
New Year and Christmas dishes — should be arranged.
It is possible to provide an electric cooker in two room suite (if necessary).
The nearest shop is located 50 m far, café — 800 m far.

Treatment and meal vouchers are availble in Synyak health resort (located nearby).

Go along the road Kyiv—Lviv—Chop and follow Chynadiyovo road sign, then take the first turn to the right (near Snikers bar) and go 4,5 km further. The lodge is located on the right road side.
