In the centre of Morshyn town, 500 m from the railway station, the boarding house is located in park area. There is a convenient asphalted approach.

A three-storey building for 75 people was built in 1997. On the lower floor, there is RELAX recreation centre.
Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.

Single room, or double room — one or two single beds and TV. Deluxe suite is a two-room suite with a bedroom (double bed) and a sitting room (folding sofa or couch), every room has TV. Every room has a fridge, a TV, an electric kettle, dinner service and a bathroom (bathtub or shower, WC, some deluxe suites have bidets, 3 towels per person). Rooms have balconies.

Full board with dietary meal is available in Svitanok spa resort which is located close by.

Parking (it is not guarded, close by there is a parking for charge), ironing facilities.
Rooms are cleaned daily, bed linen is changed weekly and towels are changed on request.

The boarding house has RELAX recreation centre, which provides the following service:

• heliotherapy — professional solarium, which gives natural sunburn with minimum risk of photo degradation — 3 UAH per minute
• hydrocolonotherapy — hardware irrigation, in the procedure mineral water, camomile and bioactive supplements are used in turn — 75 UAH per procedure
• pressure chamber — is used to treat edemas, cellulites and to stimulate better blood circulation and lymph flow, a unique procedure, which combines tissue physiological drainage and pleasant strength of massage) — 30 UAH per procedure
• Geyser balneal bath — underwater shower massage — 20 UAH per procedure, pearl bath — 15 UAH per procedure
• relaxing massage — is used to prevent and treat musculoskeletal system disorders, local disorders of blood circulation and sedentary life-style after-effects — 10 UAH per procedure
• light-warm bath — helps natural recreation, strengthens immune system — 10 UAH per procedure
• all kinds of manual massage — 20 UAH per 20 minutes

You can purchase a treatment authorization in the Balneal hospital.

From Lviv railway station go to Morshyn by bus Lviv — Stryy — Ivano-Frankivsk or by electric train Lviv — Morshyn. From the railway station to the boarding house, you can either walk or take a taxi.
