Not far form the centre of Kolomyya town (7-10 minutes walk), 600 m from the road. There is an asphalted approach.

A three-storey house, with 5 double and triple rooms. On the ground floor, there is a dining room, a sitting room, 2 bathrooms (shower, WC) and the hosts rooms. On the first floor, there is a sitting room with a fireplace and satellite TV, a bathroom (bathtub, shower, WC, hairdryer) and 5 rooms (either double or single beds, extra beds are available). 2 rooms have a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer). Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.

The rate includes breakfast.

Transfers to the ski lifts in Sheshory and in Bukovel.

Tours, hiking (to Sheshory pastures to visit shepherds, who make cheese, to lake Lebedyne too), bicycle rides, rafting down the Dnister river, picking up mushrooms and berries.
Meeting craftsmen, tourists can try to make souvenirs by themselves.

Skiing equipment for both adults and children for hire.
Not far from the guest house, there is a lake to swim.
