2-storey cottage on 5 rooms (12 beds) On the ground floor there is a dining room with fireplace (20 seats) and sauna with a lounge. On the first floor there are 4 double rooms and family suite. All rooms have a private entrance from the balcony. On the second floor there are 4 double rooms. All rooms have a private entrance from the balcony.
Every room has 2 single beds or double bed or folding sofa, a TV set and a bathroom (shower, WC). There is a Yaremche landscape view from the windows.
Not far from the lodge there is a spring with mineral water, an enclosures with deer, a forest, a river.
Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available round the clock (from the stream).

Cooking facilities.

Transfer from the railway station.
Satellite TV.
Parking, loundry and ironing facilities, a hair drier.
Rooms are cleaned on request, bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days.

Sauna for 6 persons with lounge — 100 UAH per hour.

Hiking, picking up mushrooms and berries, horseback riding.
To the nearest ski lift (for beginers) it is 1,5 km.
