A built three-storey building has 16 rooms: 4 deluxe suites, 7 semi deluxe suites and 5 double and triple rooms, where up to 42 persons may comfortably stay.
The building is built in a traditional style as for resort buildings in Yaremche with Hutsul decorations. It has gazebos and barbecue. There is a reception and a little shop where you can purchase necessities.

Water supply: cold and hot water available round the clock.

You can order meal in the cafe on the ground floor.
Breakfast — 45 UAH (necessarily), lunch — 60 UAH (by request) and dinner — 50 UAH (by request).

Billiards — 50 UAH per hour. Children's inflatable hillock.
Skiing equipment for hire, transfers to ski lifts (they are 32 km away in Bukovel).

Weddings arrangement (Ukrainian style, wedding in the church, people's musicians).
New Year (600 UAH), Christmas parties (300 UAH), other traditional Ukrainian celebrations.
