Single (#3, 10) has a single bed, a TV set, a wardrobe and a bathroom (WC, shower). Twin (#6, 9, 12) has 2 single beds, a TV set, a wardrobe and a bathroom (WC, shower). Semi deluxe suite twin (#1, 7) has a bedroom (2 single beds), a lounge (couch), a TV set, a desk, a wardrobe, a bathroom (WC, shower) and slippers. Semi deluxe suite double (#2, 8) has a bedroom (double bed), a lounge (couch), a TV set, a desk, a wardrobe, a bathroom (WC, shower) and slippers. Deluxe suite (#4, 11) — is a two-room suite with a balcony and has a bedroom (double bed, TV set), a sitting room (sofa bed, TV set), a desk, a wardrobe, a bathroom (WC, bidet, bath, bathrobes) and slippers. Each room has a phone with international and city connection, an air conditioner, a mini-bar, a safe, hair-drier, cleaning and washing set, shoes polish facilities, carpet flooring. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms.
Smoking in rooms and suites is not allowed.

The rate includes a breakfast in the cafe-confectioner's shop. Half board and full board  — in the restaurant (35 seats) à la carte.
For groups set meal or business lunch is available.
